Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the Defender 130 and Defender 110?

The primary difference between the Defender 130 and Defender 110 is the size. The Defender 130 is over a foot longer than the Defender 110, providing more cargo space and room for passengers. Depending on your configuration, the Defender 130 has up to 89 cubic feet of rear cargo space, while the Defender 110 has up to 78.8 cubic feet of cargo space. The Defender 130 also has room for up to eight passengers as standard, while the Defender 110 fits up to five as standard and up to seven passengers if configured with a third row. The increase in size, though, means the Defender 130 is more expensive than the Defender 110 and also has decreased performance and fuel economy.

If you are looking for a full-size 3-row SUV with maximum cargo space, the Defender 130 is the best choice in the Defender lineup. Otherwise, the Defender 110 offers the same features in a more affordable and efficient package.

What's the difference between the Defender 130 P300, P400, P500?

The Defender 130's PXXX designations refer to the model's horsepower and engine. P300 is a 296-horsepower 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, P400 is a 395-horsepower 3.0L turbocharged inline 6-cylinder engine with a 48v Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) system, and P500 is a 493-horsepower 5.0L supercharged V8 engine.
